Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius has been offered a route out of Anfield after poor show in Champions league final. He was at fault for two goals as Real Madrid ran out 3-1 victors in Kiev.
Speculation is rife that Karius could now be replaced, with Liverpool interested in Roma’s Alisson and Milan shot-stopper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Italian third-tier side Rimini FC say they will happily take Karius on loan for a season – although he will have to fight to get into the first team.
“On June 22, Loris Karius will turn 25 years old. I would like to host the German goalkeeper for a few days in Rimini, a welcoming town that has always been frequented by his fellow countrymen and women,” Rimini president Giorgio Grassi wrote in an open letter.
