West Ham and Crystal Palace are also keen on the forward and are monitoring developments, though it is speculated that West Brom will expect any bid made on him to be more than £20m for them to consider selling .
Rodriguez made his only appearance for England in 2013 when starting a friendly against Chile at Wembley. He scored 11 times last season in all competitions, for a team that managed only 31 goals in the Premier League.
