Moussa Dembele will not be going to Russia this summer but that didn’t not dampen the youngster’s spirits as he impressed for the under 21 side in a friendly against Italy.
The Celtic hit man headed in France’s goal in the 12th minute in a friendly against Italy. This was his 4th goal in five matches for the under 21 side.
The 21 Frenchman who has been on Celtic’s books since 2016 has many suitors and is expected to move to a bigger club in the near future. Celtic are aware of this fact but will not let their star leave on the cheap. The club has place a £21 million price tag on him.
France has a dearth of attacking players in their senior squad and are favourites to win the world cup and therefore Dembele’s omission can’t be viewed as a negative for the young striker
