Gor Mahia coach: We would have scored more against Assad if …

Gor Mahia boss Dylan Kerr believes his side would have scored six goals in the opening half against Ccoastal side SS Asad in the sportpesa shield clash played on Sunday.

The side picked a 5-1 win to reach the second round and the coach feels they would have scored more if the surface at Mbaraki Sports club was perfect.

“first half we scored three goals but it could have been six had the field not been a mess. Second half, credit to our opponents who had nothing to lose and gave it their best,” Kerr told the official Gor Mahia website.

Gor Mahia will face Sony Sugar on Wednesday 30 at Moi Stadium
