#Match Report : Roma signed off in style, thrashes Liverpool in Champions trophy semi-final

The 2^nd leg semi-final of UEFA Champions league was a really interesting battle between AS Roma and Liverpool.

Liverpool conceded three times in the second half in Rome to lose for the first time in the competition this season but Liverpool side celebrated wildly in front of 5,000 travelling fans after the final whistle at the Stadio Olimpico as Liverpool reached the Champions League final for the first time since 2007, despite losing against Roma.

Sadio Mané scored for Liverpool and James Milner scored for Roma in the first half.
Georginio Wijnaldum’s outstanding header gets Liverpool a 2-1 lead. But, second half was a big surprise as Roma completely changed the table and dominated Liverpool. Match ended with Roma 4, Liverpool 2 on board.
