Gor Mahia FC Team Manager Jolawi Obondo has expressed delight ahead of their train trip to Mombasa.
He says the team is excited ahead of the new experience since they have been using flights on Most occasion.
“This is such a perfect chance to use the new train to Mombasa as a team and we are very excited about it. We’ve been using flights to our away matches but this, will be a good trip which will give us an opportunity to see the different parts of Kenya on our way to Mombasa,” Obondo told the official Gor Mahia website.
A total of 16 players and technical staffs will be making it down to face the Mombasa based team in Round One of the Shield tournament sponsored by SportPesa.
