English Premier League side Manchester United has reached an agreement to sign Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk for €50 million (£44m), Metro Uk reports.
The Brazil international will be Jose Mourinho ’s signing first signing in this window.
Fred and his agent will be in Liverpool next week as Brazil play Croatia in a warm-up friendly against Croatia at Anfield and the deal could be concluded then.
Manchester United are willing to complete the deal before the season kicks off
