New FIFA World Rankings Are Out! And This Is How They Look

Harambee Stars have made a slight gain in the latest World FIFA Rankings. It climbed two places to 111th despite an April without any action. Only Benin and Botswana, both of them who leaped two places up, made an upward shift better than Kenya during the month that had few international matches resulting in the little movement.

Most of the top 50 is static, with Germany, Brazil and Belgium respectively sitting at the summit of the same top ten as last month. The first 47 positions remain totally unchanged from last month’s ranking, but outside the top 50, a couple of nations have made slight advances.

The Harambee Stars are yet to break into the top 100 places in 2018 with position 105, which they occupied in the months of January and March, and it is still their best ever rank for the year. The next FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking will be published on 7 June 2018.
