Business Man Assault Case: Three More Accused Brought To Court


Three more suspects linked to the assault of former Nairobi Central Business District Association (NCBDA) chairman Timothy Muriuki were brought to court on Wednesday. They have been charged with robbery with violence. The accused; Dishon Peter Mulinge, Ronald Onyango Otieno and Micheal Wathigo were charged with injuring and robbing Mr. Muriuki Ksh.100,000 at a Nairobi Hotel before Nairobi Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi,

The three denied the charges and were released on a cash bail of Ksh.200,000 each. The matter will be taken up again on May 23, 2018.
