Not getting even a wink worth of sleep despite a busy and hectic day is one of the worst feelings ever.To add to your woes, there are mosquitoes that constantly buzz in your ears. You toss and turn and after several hours you finally give up, thinking it is a god’s punishment for things you did in your last birth.

But now you don’t have to worry as we have some simple tips to help you get a good night sleep:

 

  • Say a prayer before going to be
  • Exercise during the day
  • Spend a moment or two thinking how your day went
  • Read positive books before going to bed
  • Use the washroom before going to bed
  • Do Some Light and Positive Reading
  • Fix the same time of going to bed and waking up
  • Avoid sleeping anytime in the middle of the day
  • Don’t watch TV before going to bed
  • Don’t have too much alcohol
