Why court has made a decision hindering wearing of hijabs in school

Were you ever chased from school for the weirest reason that felt extremly unfair?Shool systems in Kenya have decided to become a Museveni regime with a bunch of unbelievable rules being upheld.

This years dramatic school chases began with a Rastafarian family lamenting over their school fees as the their daughter was given an optionof shaving her dread locks or not go to school.This attracted lots of attention starting a public debate on the issue.

Another controversy was trending yesterday after a student was chased from her school at the oddest dangerous hour. Shock grabbed the nation when a video wen’t viral showing an un identified student of St . Alexis Ruchu Girls High School claiming to have been abandoned in the school van by the principal, his deputy and driver.

Now in more shocking revelation the Supreme Court in Kenya has overturned a decision by a lower court requiring schools to allow Muslim students to wear hijabs.

In their ruling, the judges said every school should have the right to determine its own rules.

The hijab is a head covering worn in public by some Muslim women following their relligious code.
