Photos of Deputy President Dr William Ruto interactions with children in varying states of nudity and their parents continue to create massive reactions from Kenyans days after the photo was taken.
In the photos, Dr Ruto is seen looking at the children as if moved by their plight. He then moves towards them and caresses them.
One of the kids is pictured carrying a sibling on her back. It is clear that the children come from a background of abject poverty.
The DP was in the company of Turkana County Governor Josphat Nanok when he run into these beautiful souls.He was in the county to attend an interdenominational church service.
Kenyans made speculations on what the DP was telling the poor kids . Some are Majority of the speculations are made to critic the incompetence of the current government.
