Did Moi grab Kabarak from government? Miguna spills the beans

The High Court’s order issued by Judge Antony Ombwayo on Thursday has continued to create different reactions from Kenyans. The Court ordered former President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi to pay Susan Cheburet Chelugui and her son David Chelugui Sh1bn for grabbing their land.

The order has seen controversial lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna expose the former president further.
Miguna says in 1983 when he joined A-Levels, Kabarak High School was a Public School having been built, staffed and equipped by tax payers.

He further says that his classmates from Onjiko who attended Kabarak were taught by TSC teachers.

The exiled lawyer says Moi later grabbed Kabarak, and now argues that the former head of state must return it to the people.

“In 1983 when I joined A-Levels, Kabarak High School was a PUBLIC SCHOOL having been built, staffed and equipped by tax payers. My classmates from Onjiko who attended Kabarak were taught by TSC teachers. Moi later GRABBED it. #MoiMustReturnKabarak to the people,” he tweeted.
