KOT react to Huduma Namba threat

Kenyans online have vented following the statement issued by Tana River County Commissioner Oning’oi Ole’ sosio after he said that all Kenyans must register for Huduma Namba failure to which they will be considered foreigners and threat to national security.

“People who will not have registered for the Huduma Namba by the deadline date could be considered foreigners and a threat to national security, Tana River County Commissioner Oning’oi Ole’sosio has said. “

The rant from Kenyans was attributed by the fact that the Government Chief of Staff Nzioka Waita addressed the huduma Namba issue where he said that it was a voluntary affair.

Is he going to depot us because we are not citizens?, Kenya has been my home ever since and am patriotic, no one should be forced to register I guess that’s what the court ruled out.β€” Ndege Timothy (@NdegeT) May 10, 2019

Thought the government said the registration exercise was voluntary..?πŸ€β€” osakyna (@osakyna_n) May 10, 2019

This govt is a joke. It can’t feed its citizens. Heartlessly forcing malnourished Kenyans to register for huduma. This reminds me of my Kenyan grandpa who was forced to register for, & hang kipande on his neck by the White-masters.
