House managers help a lot in house chores and babysitting your kids.
Many a times, the nannies have been implicated on harrowing cases in their line of duty.
The nannies could be a reason you are not connected to your loved ones.

Childcare is expensive and often silently think of your income vis avis nanny’s salary.
It’s nice to know that your income is going toward the family’s expenses and saving, rather than to pay someone else. Moreso, if you can avoid.

Even the easiest employee has issues. It’s to be expected.
But moms, working or not, are busy. We want to deal with our kids’ issues, not anybody else’s.

Your days can be jam-packed.
It’s not cool to plan your day around with someone who may get sick or get a flat tire or anything else that may be in or out of her control.
If you can be there, be there. They can count on it.
4. Avoid Getting Info on your Kids Second-Hand
Even getting info from the best reporter sometimes feels like you’re playing a game of Telephone.
So enjoy hearing from your kids’ teachers directly and knowing exactly who they’re playing with and where.
5.Not being Responsible for Someone’s Income
After employing a nanny, you should try to treat them like any business would treat an employee.
That means holidays off, vacation days and raises. Being someone’s source of income can, at times, be daunting.
6. When the Kids Aren’t Home, No One Else Is in the House
People love privacy and being alone in the house.
When the kids are in school you get to be home alone. It’s fabulous!
7. You Can Walk Around Naked
I don’t, but I can. It’s fabulous!
8. You Don’t Have to Miss your Kids’ Milestones
Actually, You will never miss some of your kids’ milestone if they both have something happening at the same time.
But if I can be there, I’m there. They can count on it.
