President Uhuru Kenyatta on Sunday proofed to Kenyans that he was aware of the ‘kijana fupi’ street talk. And then, the head of state might have heard it for the first time from West Pokot Governor John Lonyangapuo.
The West Pokot Governor is the latest to have gone public with the saying, and the President must have got him right.
After Condoling with former President Daniel Moi at his Kabarak home following the death of his son Jonathan Moi, President Kenyatta met with leaders from Rift valley region, among them being Governor Lonyangapuo.
While greeting them, he first asked Lonyangapuo of the ‘Kijana fupi, imenona round’.
This left everyone in stitches, with Kenyans on Twitter also reading fun in the conversation.
