Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has vowed to the residents in his constituency that he will make healthcare services accessible to everyone in his constituency.
The Member of parliament says that he understand the anxiety that comes with wondering how one is going to pay their hospital bills and take care of their family.
He also adds that he has experienced such hardships and that is one of the reasons as to why he understands that healthcare is a pivotal priority for his people.
In the past year, Babu Owino says that his administration partnered with KEMSA and other private healthcare providers to deliver free care to residents of Embakasi East.
Their medical camps treated upwards of 15,000 residents both in utawala ward and tassia slums.
Th vocal Mp says that his plan is to do the same this year to boost the healt sector as well as accessibility of the health services.
Babu Owino says that his intention is purely to restore dignity to the residents of Embakasi East by making sure that they can get the services they need in the health sector.
