Kisumu gangsters make away with Ksh 1 million from a local shop

Kisumu gang members are being hunted down by after raiding a shop and making away with Ksh 1 million.

The suspects raided Kavirondo Fishnets Sundry and Hardware limited near New Victoria Hotel in Kisumu’s industrial area.

The thugs, who were on a motorbike, brandished their guns at the customers and attendants before gaining entry into the shop and making away with the money.

According to a police report , the thugs wore helmets, hence,their faces could not be identified even from the CCTV footage, local media reports.

They escaped on a standby motorbike to an unknown destination.

Several police units have been mobilized to track down the criminals who carried out the daylight daring robbery.
