Arsenal are expected to fork out when the transfer window reopens at the end of the season, with Suarez’s future the subject of much speculation.

The Gunners were hopeful that, upon signing the Spaniard from Barcelona in January, they were securing the services of a player capable of making a big impact in north London.

But that has not been the case, with the Arsenal loanee failing to impress under Unai Emery during his two months at the club so far.

It was reported earlier this week that the north London giants had decided NOT to turn Suarez’s loan into a permanent deal.

However, Football London report that Arsenal are yet to make a final decision on the 25-year-old’s future.

He is yet to start a single match for the club so far but it seems only time will tell when it comes to determining his fate.

Football London do say, though, that Arsenal are monitoring three forwards ahead of the summer transfer window.

Cristian Pavon is, yet again, in their sights.

The Argentina international was linked with a move from Boca Juniors a year ago but ultimately stayed put.

Cengiz Under, of Roma, is also being tracked.

The 21-year-old has been in fine form in Serie A this season, despite Claudio Ranieri’s side enduring a difficult campaign.

Under has also been linked with Manchester United but their attention appears to be more on Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho.

A third player Arsenal are supposedly tracking is Ismaila Sarr.

Gunners legend Robert Pires has also endorsed the signing of the Rennes winger, recently saying: “It would not hurt Arsenal to sign him but I do not know his price.

“He has the profile to evolve at the Gunners and would adapt quickly to the way of play wanted by Unai Emery.”
