Aviation industry suffered 3 plane crash over the weekend

The weekend saw the aviation industry suffer tragic accidents as three planes crashed, killing all aboard, in separate incidents in Ethiopia, Colombia, and the United States.

On Sunday, an Ethiopian Airlines plane crashed shortly after takeoff, killing all 157 people on board. Investigators have started their search into what caused the deadly incident.

The Boeing 737 max saw Kenya and Canada registering a high number of casualties. Kenya lost 32 lives and Canada lost 18 out of the 157 while the UN lost 22 officials.

On Saturday, a plane went down in Colombia, killing at least 12 people. On Friday, a small plane plunged into a Florida lake, leaving five dead.

In the United States, there were two separate, non-fatal incidents Saturday, including severe turbulence that injured dozens of people as their plane approached New York’s JFK airport, and an emergency landing in Newark, New Jersey.
