Two Police officers captured on CCTV footage stealing narcotics worth millions of shillings have been arrested by Serious Crime Detectives. The two; Cpl. Alloys Onyango & Constable Arbanus Mutunga stole over 25 kilograms of Heroin which had been confiscated from drug traffickers.
The Police officers used Peter Okoth Odongo, a drug trafficker, to lure two other drug traffickers & owners of the narcotics; Alfric Odhiambo Otieno & Kenneth Sinzore to an ambush and thereafter took the drugs & dumped the suspects. No one will be spared in the war against crime.
