A Ugandan politician has buried close to 10 boreholes after losing an election.
Patrick Okumu, a former representative for Nebbi Municipality said that the residents were ungrateful for not voting for him again.
Okumu alleges that he had used a lot of money to educate their children but the stingy voters could not even vote for him.
