GSU Officers Repel An Al Shabaab Attack Targeting A Camp In Mandera

Lately, the Kenyan response to terrorism attacks has been exemplary.

Monday night, GSU officers based at the Dabacity camp in Mandera successfully repulsed Al Shabaab militants that had attacked the camp around 8pm by viciously firing at them.

The officers cooperated together to successfully end the unprecedented attack.

According to a statement released by Northern Kenya police commander Paul Soi, there was no officer that was injured from the unsuccessful attack.

Nevertheless, police are still conducting investigations and gathering details about the attack.
