Kenyan Gospel Artist Bahati has been held by many hands and he has today given thanks to all those who have been there for him.
But well, what was his foundation? Where did he begin his journey?
Although Bahati is a product of collective effort of individuals who believed in his talent there is one man that played a key role.
Founder of the East Africas Leading Music Award, Groove Awards, Kevin Mulei, is the man who paid for Bahati’s First Studio Session when he was Still at ABC Kenya Children’s Home.
Bahati reflects on the many times that he used to Call him with different numbers asking for a Chance for him to listen to his music.
The gospel artist says that Kevin Mulei believed that One Day Bahati will be a Star.
Something that is now a reality in Bahati’s life, a blessing that humbles him as a musician who is now on the top circles.
Bahati also revealed that Mulei is among the few who were patient with him despite the fact that he once in a while made mistakes as an upcoming artist.
Success can be viewed as an inside job and Bahati’s hardwork and efforts count among the factors that got him to live his dream.
He however says that he cannot to forget to thank all those who were part of his fruitful journey.
Apart from Mulei, Bahati has also sent special thanks to the media, Dj’s and MP Jaguar.
