Uruguay and Barcelona star Luis Suarez wants to face the world best at the worls cup and he hopes Egypt star Mohamed Salah will be fit ahead World Cup opener.
Salah has a shoulder injury picked in the champions league final and he is doubt ahead their world cup opener where they face Uruguay.
Commenting on Salah’s injury Suarez said:
“Regarding Salah, the reality is that no-one is happy when a colleague suffers an injury, even more so when that happens in a match as it did, just before a World Cup,” the Barcelona star told a news conference on Monday.
“He is in a difficult situation, but I’ve consistently said I always want to play against the best to demonstrate that Uruguay is better,” he said.
Uruguay will also play Saudi Arabia and Russia in Group A.
