ODM MP Otiende Amollo and former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale on Tuesday set social media ablaze after they clashed on allegations that the later’s frequents DP William Ruto’s homestead in Sugoi for handouts after attacking his opposers.
Speaking during a TV interview on Tuesday, the Rarienda MP trolled Khalwale, a close ally of Ruto for being paid to attack Raila Odinga.
Otiende claimed that while he will be leaving to his law firm after the show, the former Senator will be heading to Ruto’s Sugoi homestead to collect his handout.
“You hit Raila and ODM daily because you are paid to do that, when we leave this studio we all go to firms, me I go to a law firm and you go to Sugoi farm,” Otiende claimed.

In a rejoinder, Khalwale took to his Twitter account to fire his shot. He claimed that the ODM MPs visit Raila’s Bondo homestead to worship him. He further defended himself where he stated that he only visits Sugoi for consultations & political strategizing with Ruto.
“Relax. U guys go to Bondo (purely to worship Raila Odinga) more than I visit William Ruto for consultations & political strategizing at Sugoi”.

The disagreement between the two started after Khalwale bashed the party for threatening to sue the Nation paper over a controversial story which claimed that Raila had announced his 2022 presidential bid against Ruto.
He claimed that the party was selective on their decision to sue the paper since they hadn’t done the same on politicians who had openly declared their 2022 bid including Kirinyaga Governor Ann Mumbi.
“If the paper is wrong and you have decided to sue them, why haven’t you sued Waiguru? Why haven’t you sued me? When I took the same position. They should have demanded a right of response, instead of resorting to suing the paper,” posed Khalwale.

Sugoi is the home ground of the likes of Cherargei who think power is clinched by merely regurgitating toxic tribal venom laced with hate and xenophobic profiling.DCI must be thorough!
