The ‘venom spitting’ Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has found it rough with Kenyans after he compared under fire Starehe MP Charles Njagua with Senegal Professional Footballer Sadio Mane.
Jaguar has come under a lot of criticism both from Kenya and Tanzania over alleged xenophobic attacks made against foreign nationals. He spent last week in custody over these crimes.
Red hot Mane, who won the UEFA Champions League with Liverpool in June, seems to have carried his goalscoring boots to Egypt where he has scored three goals to take Senegal to the quarterfinals. Mane was the hero as his goals knocked out Uganda from the Afcon tournament on Friday.
He also played a huge part in ensuring Kenya does not reach the knockouts when he scored a brace against the Harambee Stars last week. This means that Senegal has beat all the three East African Countries in the competition, having thrashed Tanzania in their opening match.
Kuria thinks that Mane poses a bigger threat to EAC than Jaguar.
“Between Jaguar and Mane, who poses the greater threat to The East African Community?” The controversial lawmaker who has declared interest in becoming President said.

Senegalese professional footballer Sadio Mane.PHOTO/COURTESYKuria’s post which might have been made in support of MP Jaguar seems to have backfired with a good number of Kenyans advising him to reconsider the level of alcohol he takes especially being a Friday evening while others urged him to focus on politics only.
One Paul Muthune trolled; “U should have included team tangatanga also..it has more threat than both mane and Jaguar combined.”
Another Eden KImz Wrote; “I can’t trust your tweet at this hour on a Friday….Jack Daniels has taken over the cerebrum .”
Last week Kuria was among demonstrators teargassed while showing their solidarity with arrested MP Jaguar. This followed a street protest by Jaguar’s supporters and some political leaders who had a showdown with police in Nairobi streets after the supporters’ plea see the behind-bars Jaguar was denied. They were allegedly told they couldn’t due to “orders from above”.
Here is what other tweeps had to say;
TangaTanga is more dangerous than Jaguar & Mane combined.
