Police, on Friday, raided a house to be believed raided a training center for Al
Pangas, knives, cables, fertilizers, matchboxes, military trousers and books and notes with religious writings were recovered in the process, The Star reports.
Also recovered were black flags with white writings resembling the ones used by ISIS, al-Shabaab and Boko Haram terror militants.
The anti-terror officers also nabbed items believed to be explosives.
“We believe these are teaching grounds for terror activities,” Kwale police boss Tom Odero told the Star.
Odero said some of the writings in books had been translated in Swahili to read, ‘
