Equity, KCB and Co-operative bank have ranked among top in the world.
The banks have been tracked by a London based firm that placed them top in maximizing their profits.
The scale, called returns on assets is a way of gauging how a bank utilizes its assets to generate income and maximize profits.
Equity bank ranked 11th on the scale while KCB was 14th. Co-op ranked 17th making the three Kenyan banks rank among the world’s top 20.
Equity had a returns list of 5.3 percent RoA while KCB had 4.5 percent RoA. Co-op had 4.24
