Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni yesterday hosted Miss Uganda; Muzukulu Quiin Abenakyo together with her family to a special dinner.
The Head of state was blown away by the determination and achievements of the young gorgeous lady for bringing the crown home and her role as an advocate of change.
Muzukulu Quiin Abenakyo is an advocate of responsible living among young people. She is specifically focusing on helping young girls lead responsible, healthy lifestyles.
Museveni was equally impressed by Abenakyo’s parents for raising her with values.
He stated that many young people today rush into promiscuity and ruin their lives, yet a little patience and completing school would give them a foundation on which to enjoy the rest of their lives with their spouses.
Earlier on, after the return of Abenakyo from Sanya city, China and taking the crown home, she was able to pay a courtesy call to the President leading to the promise of a grand dinner.
Sticking to his word, Museveni and his wife yesterday put up a special treat for Miss Uganda in appreciation of her efforts and for raising Uganda’s flag high
The dinner was held at Museveni’s country home in Rwakitura.
