Does Uganda President Yoweri Museveni ever care about what Ugandans say or think about him? The now longest serving African President is always making headlines majorly for the wrong reasons.
From running battles with young legislator Bobi Wine, Museveni seem to have now become a comedian or should we say that the self declared lifetime Uganda President is running mad?
Well wait until you see what the head of State did during a live Press Conference.
Museveni, in the Presence of a number of journalists and rolling cameras is seen expelling mucus from his nose with force. He is seen changing one saviet after the other as he performs this disgusting act on live cameras.
Museveni then picks another saviet and spits a huge saliva before asking journalists to ask their questions one by one.

The Video elicited various reactions on the inter-webs. Check them out below:
Being primitive. You can pull a donkey to the river but you can’t force it to drink water. Rather you can remove a bushman from the forest but you can not remove the bush in him. Very disgusting
