Details Emerge Why Uhuru, Ruto’s Security Guards Were Separated; I See Fear in Judges’ Eyes so They’ll Reject BBI Appeal & Jamal’s Wives Amira, Amber Ray Engage in Heated War

Good morning,

Experts say that the basic needs for human survival are food, water, clothing, and shelter.

In our country, however, it is easier to live without some of these provisions than to live without hope.

This is because the people we look up to to cement our foundation as a country, the government, are experts in dishing out promises that most of the time sound unrealistic.

Therefore, if one doesn’t have a strong spirit to hold on to the hope that the said promises will come to pass, then desperation kicks in alongside a myriad of related problems.

Yesterday, for example, our President delivered updates on the coronavirus situation in the country.

Among his remarks was the promise that the entire Kenyan adult population would eventually be vaccinated by the end of the year 2022.

At the risk of sounding like a bunch of complainers, we feel that given the upcoming political calendar, that is set to be characterized by public gatherings, as we head towards the General Election, December 2022 is a too-far-away vaccination goal.

How about we first put a halt to the political sideshows, and channel our resources towards getting as many available vaccines as possible, to ensure that the government actually has living people to rule over in future?
