Deputy President William Ruto was back in the spotlight after he made an unexpected visit to the Jubilee party headquarters.
It was claimed that Ruto was supposed to have met the party’s Secretary-General Raphael Tuju, who eventually failed to turn up for the meeting.
A day after the snub by Tuju, the pair was seen together as the latter gave a press conference concerning the ruling party’s stand in the upcoming Msambweni by-elections.
The DP agreed with Tuju on the decision not to field a candidate against ODM, something that came as a shock to the Tanga Tanga camp.
The second in command was back on the hustler tour trail where he made a stop at Kajiado accompanied by his loyal brigade.
The Tanga Tanga politicians were quick to allege that there are plans to rig the 2022 elections through the Huduma Namba project.
The leaders further made claims that a foreign firm was being planned to be used to steal funds and mar the election process.
This brings up the big question, are DP Ruto’s men fears legit or just mere excuses being made in the event Ruto doesn’t win the election?
