Speaking of a lot of downs, President Uhuru Kenyatta during his long-awaited speech on the current Covid-19 situation, delivered a painful blow to all alcohol lovers.
Uhuru announced that all eateries and restaurants were banned from selling alcohol.
The decision didn’t go down well with Kenyans as many were quick to blame one person for the misfortune.
The angry lot blamed Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja after his recent drama.
Sakaja had been a subject of discussion when he was arrested for flaunting Coronavirus restrictions.
The youthful leader had instead made things worse when he first denied the claims despite a video of him indicating otherwise.
A section of Kenyans online have vowed that the Jubilee party member will pay for his shortcomings.
This brings up two big questions, is it fair to blame Sakaja alone or should all politicians be held responsible for their reckless behaviour of disregarding Covid-19 rules?
