Nzoia Sugar striker Jeremiah Wanjala is appealing to well-wishers and all persons of good heart to help him raise medication fee for cancer.
The 27-year-old has been out of the pitch since last year due to several trips on and off different hospitals for illnesses. It became worse recently when he was diagnosed with cancer, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
This type of cancer originates in your lymphatic system, the disease-fighting network spread throughout your body. Tumours develop from lymphocytes — a type of white blood cell.
And now, the family is seeking financial support to help Wanjala get medical attention;
The Nzoia Sugar star has previously played for Sony Sugar, Kakamega Homeboyz, Posta Rangers and Ushuru FC before joining the Mumias-based side in January.
