Itumbi’s Message to Uhuru After Being Kicked Out of State House

Former State House’s Senior Director, Communication (Digital, Innovation and Diaspora Communication), Dennis Itumbi, has spoken up a day after he was fired from his covetable position.

Taking to Twitter to dispel rumors that he was currently bitter with the head of state for penning him, Itumbi took time to pass his gratitude to the president, and deputy president William Ruto, for having given him a chance to serve the Jubilee administration.

He was responding to a Friday article by a local daily, which claimed that Itumbi and four others had their sacking coming since they had grown intolerable.

”Writing was on the wall for irascible blogging squad,” the story headline by Daily Nation read.

Itumbi, however, mocked the publication, noting that his time at State House had given him a lot of public limelight.

”you have transformed an unknown villager to a headline newsmaker,” the journalist told the first and second in command, before showering them with gratitude.

”Asante (thank you) for believing, mentoring, continuously growing & protecting my hustle,” he wrote.

”Never mind the Creative Imagination, Raw Fiction & Phantom writing by @dailynation,” he concluded.

Itumbi was fired alongside James Kinyua, Erick Ng’eno, David Nzioka, and John Ndolo.
