Tuju: I Don’t Remember Anything, I Found Myself in UK, CUEA Plans Home Classes Over Coronavirus & Detectives to Grill Ruto Staff

Good morning,

National Assembly Minority leader John Mbadi has been trending for all the wrong reasons after being booed at the funeral of Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori on Monday.

Instead of mourning and condoling with the deceased’s family, Mbadi decided to drag Deputy President William Ruto into his speech, claiming that his office is hosting criminals.

What was he thinking? When will Kenyan politicians learn to respect the dead? Dori had just died a few hours earlier, meaning his family was yet to come to terms with what had just happened. They were not interested in hearing the story of fake firearm deals or who should occupy the office of the DP.

Mbadi is not alone in this case. Last weekend, Ruto attended the burial of his guard Kipyegon Kenei in Nakuru. Instead of the DP eulogizing Kenei, he chose to launch a scathing attack on Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti.

If you have nothing to say about the dead, please don’t attend funerals. WE ARE TIRED!

Here are the stories making headlines on Opera News:
