Kenyan airways responded to Boniface Mwangi after he exposed them for losing his luggage as he traveled to Johannesburg.
Mwangi claimed to have filed a report concerning the same issue but he received no response.
“I flew in this Kenya Airways plane to Joburg this morning and one of my bags is missing. I filed a missing bag report 5 hours ago. Zero feedback. I am teaching a class tomorrow and my teaching materials are in that bag. KQ, I hope you will deliver my bag at the hotel soon,” he said.
His exposure worked well since it’s through twitter that Kenya Airways responded.

Though he didn’t say whether he got back his luggage, Kenyans on Twitter were quick to react to the fact that he has been frequently losing his item while traveling using the same airline.
I dont understand why Boniface always runs into problems with this Airline? Ama this guy is making money out of his negligence? Me think that this is planned and its bad.
