A lot of people (arguably) are curious about how Tanasha Donna goes to bed and the ‘Radio’ singer finally spilled the tea. This was in a Q&A session with Wilkins Fadhili for his podcast.
“What do you sleep in at night?” Wilkins sought to find out.
“Honestly only in my underwear, I don’t like sleeping in clothes. Because it’s actually healthier for a human being to sleep without clothes. If you do your research you will see that. I like to sleep free because I already have a duvet on me so what’s the point of having more stuff? I like to sleep free,” Tanasha revealed.
Tanasha seems to be on the right track as gynaecologists recommend that women should either go commando in bed or wear very loose granny panties or mother’s union like some Kenyans like to call them.
This will give your vagina a chance to breathe and thwart bacterial and yeast infections.
“I often tell my patients to sleep without underwear, and some of them look at me like I have three heads. They’re concerned about vaginal discharge-that you’re supposed to have a barrier. Wearing no underwear might seem kind of gross to them. But it’s actually a smart idea to ditch your undies at night since your lady parts are naturally moist, dark, and hairy. If [the area] is constantly covered-especially by a fabric that’s not moisture-wicking or absorbent-moisture collects. That’s a perfect breeding ground for bacteria or yeast,” Alyssa Dweck, M.D. told Shape Magazine.
