Drama ensued at an event graced by President Uhuru Kenyatta at Nyandarua.
An MP who was the host of the function was left in shock after he was kicked out of the ceremony.
Ken Mukira, who is the Ol Kalou MP, was forcefully ejected without being given a reason.
Uhuru was expected at the area for a couple of functions including issuing title deeds.
Mukira remarked that after the embarrassing moment he waited for the next cause of action from the area governor Francis Kemimia.
Aside from the lawmaker, information emerged that 10 MCAs were also treated in the same manner.
Further details pointed out that the ward representatives were denied access to the dias where the President would seat.
Things went from bad to worse after they were thrown outside the venue itself.
Reports indicated that the move that was orchestrated by some security officers, was due to the lot being allied to Deputy President William Ruto.
Despite the fracas, the event continued without a hitch as Uhuru gave over 40,000 title deeds to the area residents.
“President Uhuru Kenyatta issues land title deeds to squatters of Colonial Village in Rurii, Nyandarua County. The President said the Government is in the process of issuing 40,000 title deeds to residents of the county,” read as a tweet from State House.

Two weeks ago, a similar moment was witnessed in Nakuru county.
The likes of Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika, Nakuru Town East MP David Gikaria were stopped in their tracks by GSU officers as they made their way to a ceremony attended by the Head of State.
Kihika noted that it was unfair that they were being persecuted for supporting Ruto.
She further noted that she had a right to back any person she wanted.
“I am utterly shocked. Why would I be barred from a function being graced by my President at my home county,” stated the Senator.
The tides seemed to have turned on the DP after the latest targets by those in support of President Uhuru.
DP Ruto suffered a major blow after ex-Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu’s impeachment was upheld by the Senate.
Tanga Tanga camp led by Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, could not do enough to prevent the politician’s latest demise.
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Uhuru and Ruto held a secret five-hour meeting where the latter was scolded by his boss.
It was proclaimed that the lecture meted out on Ruto was in regards to the BBI and his behaviour to undermine the Commander-in-chief’s authority.
