Official Wasafi Dj Romy Jones has finally responded to claims that American star Justin Bieber stole his music album. In 2019, Romy Jones had announced the coming of his album dubbed ‘Changes’ and revealed some of the artists he will be working with.
Claims that the idea of his yet to be released album had been stolen surfaced online after Justin Bieber also announced the coming of his album ‘Changes’.
Speaking to Wasafi media, the deejay made it clear that he thinks of it as a coincidence. He also added that he will not change his album name because it also happens for songs by different artists to have similar ideas
“Nadhani ni coincidence manake majina ya nyimbo hua yanafanana. Ni idea tu zimefanana na nadhani ni kitu bora kwasababu changes ni mabadiliko labda naye pia alipitia vitu vingi na akaamua kubadilika na kutoa album iliyo na jina kama langu.”
He also gave his reasons for delaying the release of ‘changes’ album stating that good things take time.
“Kitu ambacho kinakwamisha album isitoke nadhani mara nyingi kwanza kitu kizuri hakitaki haraka japokua subiri nayo kidogo inavuta heri lakini inachosha.” he stated
He also assured that the album is complete and assured his fans that it will be out soon.
According to the Wasafi Dj, some of the artists who will be featured include DiamondPlatnumz , MorganHeritage , VanessaMdee , KhaligraphJones , Gnako , Harmonize Jose Chameleone , Niniola , Ycee, RayVanny among others.
