Tusker FC midfielder Humprey Mieno has joined Oman side Al-Ittihad on a three-month loan deal.
This will come as a huge blow for the Robert Matano team which is in the middle of a title race with defending Champions Gor Mahia and Kakamega Homeboyz. Mieno has been a key figure for the side that sits third on the table, a point behind leaders Kakamega Homeboyz.
Mieno has previously played for Gor Mahia, KCB, and Sofapaka FCas well as Ethiopian side St.Georges.
Humphrey Mieno has today joined Al Itihad on loan for the duration of the 3 months.
The midfielder will spend the rest of the 2019/20 campaign on loan in Oman.

Tusker drew 1-1 with Ulinzi Stars at the Ruaraka grounds on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Kenya Premier League side Wazito FC is on the verge of sealing a move to sign former AFC Leopards and KCB midfielder Mungai Kiongera. The deal is expected to be completed before the end of the week.
Kiongera is a former Kenyan International and currently plays for Nothern Irish lower-tier side Killarney Athletic.
