In a video shared by Daily Nation, Kutuny- a Rift-Valley MP in President Kenyatta’s pro-BBI camp reached out to Ngunjiri to tone down his political temperament towards the President.

Kutuny appealed to Ngunjiri to ‘respect the President and iron out any differences they may have’ using the opportunity.

President Kenyatta was in Nakuru to commission a Simba Cement factory that is set to provide employment to some 1000 locals.

Ngunjiri has had a sustained fight against President Kenyatta’s BBI agenda that sits close to his heart.

A week ago, the Bahati MP had his guns withdrawn from him after making controversial statements about the President.

The MP would later claim his life was in danger and that people should blame the state should anything sinister happen to him.

He skipped the meeting nonetheless in solidarity with Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika who gave it a wide berth.
