Kenyans Descend On Moses Kuria Over Nakuru BBI Announcment

Gatundu MP Moses Kuria seems to attract trouble everywhere he sets foot.

The latest move by Kuria was met with criticism in regards to the scheduled BBI rallies.

Through his Facebook page, the controversial leader announced the agenda of the Nakuru BBI meeting.

According to the member of the Deputy President William Ruto’s camp, the group will be pushing for the implementation of the Bomas BBI 1 report.

The lawmaker remarked that the issue to be tackled revolved around the Judiciary, farmers, youth, SMEs and landless revenue.

Kuria on Monday, uttered that he and other Tanga Tanga members would fight the idea of a three-tier government.

He noted that the notion was being propagated by leaders specifically governors who are power-hungry.

The post by the legislator, however, came under fire with sections of netizens claiming that Kuria and company were a confused bunch.

Here are some of the reactions:

Martha Miano stated,” An exercise in futility. Just accept you are cornered and defeated ……. Hide from shame now that you still have time.”

Another netizen identified as Phelix G-Cord noted, “Raila Odinga starts something, children like Kuria are forced to follow suit. Jakom sets the agenda for them. Glad Tanga Tanga will now hold their own “Beba Baba Ikulu” rallies.
Nobody can stop Reggae! ! ”

Muthoni Mercy articulated, “Tanga Tanga love campaigns…ur cowards, confused and clueless.why can’t you oppose BBI?”

David Mumo expressed, “Unless I’m mad I can’t be lead by such a drinking mind if following you is the path to bright Kenya then better have such kind of political storm in the country….. BBI IS UNSTOPPABLE BUT TANGA TANGA IS ON ITS DEATH BED.”

Martin Maina proclaimed, “So the Naivasha meeting was all about this..the only BBI rally I know is spearheaded by uhuru and raila the rest nigutee.”

Last Saturday during the Mombasa BBI rally, Kuria’s woes hit a new high after claimed he was embarrassed by an MCA.

The Central Kenya leader alleged that he was slapped by the ward representative known as Peter Imwatok.

He further asserted that Imwatok took his hat and chair during the event.

If the events at the coastal town are anything to go about, the country will be on the edge to see if the same treatment is meted out on the ODM Raila Odinga led faction.
