David De Gea is the number one choice in goal. Aaron Wan Bissaka is also the undisputed starter at right back.

On the left side of the defense, Brandon Williams has been a revelation at left-back and is already ahead of Luke Shaw in the pecking order. The youngster offers pace, and technical security that Luke Shaw does not have.

At center back, Hary Maguire starts as the skipper with Eric Baily as his partner. The Ivorian has been sidelined for most f the season with an injury but he is finally fit and ready.

After a difficult statto his Manchester United career, Fred is finally showing the form that brought him to Old Trafford in the first place. The Brazilian starts in a double pivot alongside Nemanja Matic who provides defensive cover when Fred roams forward.

Ahead of the two, Juan Mata should come in to offer creativity that was very lacking in the last match against Liverpool at Anfield.
