I have Divorced The Cowards! Khalwale Slams Mudavadi, Wetangula Over Aborted Mumias Rally

Former Kakamega County senator Boni Khalwale has slammed Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetang’ula for aborting their own rally to join their opponents at Bukhungu stadium.

The seemingly disappointed Khalwale has accused the duo of being cowards for attending the Bukhungu Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) meeting.

Addressing the media in Kakamega town on Sunday afternoon, Khalwale accused Mudavadi of lacking strategy in his bid to become the head of state.

While narrating how he has previously worked with Mudavadi, the bullfighter noted that the former Deputy Prime Minister only has intentions of becoming a president without any strategy.

It is for these reasons that Khalwale says he has divorced Mudavadi and Wetang’ula over their cowardice nature.

He further blasted Mudavadi of using President Uhuru Kenyatta to defend his move to attend the Bukhungu BBI meeting.

Khalwale says that it is lame for Mudavadi to say that the president gave him a call asking him to attend the BBI rally.

“If what he is telling us that the president rang him urging him to attend the meeting, then it means that when Uhuru calls him again telling him to stop running for president and support Raila, he will just do,” said Khalwale.

Khalwale’s sentiments however might further paralyze efforts by western leaders to unite the Luhyia nation.
