Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been arrested.
Babu was apprehended on Friday morning over alleged shooting of a DJ at B-club in Kilimani, Nairobi.
The victim is reported to have sustained gunshot wounds after the scuffle ensued.

The reveller is said to have been rushed to Nairobi Hospital ICU in critical condition.
The reason behind the scuffle is yet to be established.
Efforts to reach him proved futile as he failed to pick the calls from this reporter.
Further details emerged that the victim is a DJ identified as DJ Evolve.
