This is Terrorism: Miguna Responds After Being Kicked Out of Air France Flight

Embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna has launched a scathing attack against President Uhuru Kenyatta, accusing him of being behind his international travel woes.

Miguna, who had planned to return to Kenya after a two year deportation period, has so far missed two flights to the country under mysterious circumstances.

In the first instance, Miguna was barred from boarding a Lufthansa flight owing to an apparent red alert flagging him from travelling to African countries.

The political activist, however, found a way around this hurdle and secured a seat on an Air France flight, only to be forcefully ejected from the plane minutes after finally ‘boarding’.

According to Air France’s explanation to Miguna on the reason for his ejection, the airline was acting in compliance with entry requirements for countries it serves.

“…as such (Air France) is not authorized to knowingly board passengers for a destination to which they are denied access,” the airline wrote to the lawyer.

The former Nairobi County gubernatorial candidate is now blaming Uhuru for frustrating his efforts to return to his motherland, even after the government promised to facilitate his unconditional return as per court orders.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Miguna described himself as a victim of terror activities perpetrated against him by the head of state.

“Despot Uhuru Kenyatta is subjecting me to terrorism. Using explosives to blow open my gate and house at night, abducting, torturing and forcefully removing me from my home and country in violation of the Constitution,” the lawyer wrote, painfully recounting the days leading up to his ejection from the country in 2018.

“Disobedience of Court Orders is terrorism,” Miguna concluded.
