Sexual harassment in the workplace is not a new phenomenon. It has existed for years and still persist’s to date.
It is described as the behaviour characterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances in a workplace or other professional or social situation. It is illegal in most companies and such a move would leave you fired.
Unfortunately fo most people, they experience it from their bosses who are untouchable. If they refuse they sexual advances, they are fired or forced to quit.

My friend we fikad, I never cared to even know the hotel’s name because of how pissed this shit got me..So he tells me to leave the bag in the car n only carry my phone. Si ni phone notes ama kuna vitabu ndani…a dunno! Mabibi na mabwana I found myselefu in a room, and since i was nobody he tells me toa nguo…was like guka, the hell🙄🙄. Gafla bin vu akaanza kuvua,I honestly stood hapo checking his wrinkled body and told him I cant do anything with him. Heee ma! Na akikufa,I ran outside oo…He stormed out,dropped my bag kwa ground hapo tu parking and left me there. Na mimi I went home nikishangaa, I remember walking to tao. I told my friends and parents nkajinyamazia tu.I went back worked for a week nkingoja salo n quit. 3 months later he calls me nirudi job nio nio wataongeza salary,mbu sitakuwa nafika mapema sana…NO thank you.

Naitwa Hivyo When I finished my form four ..I got this job at a coffee factory as an assistant secretary since my mum n the wife to the manager were good friends. The manager started to send me to his office n eventually he grabbed my nyonyo ..I hated his since he was very fat and smelled funny. N I couldn’t destroy my mum’s friendship with his wife I had to quit ..I didn’t tell anyone though I recently told mum.
