Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has set his new year’s resolution as the world prepares to usher in 2020 next week.
The youthful lawmaker says his resolution in the new year is to stop taking alcohol.
However, the youthful MP notes that he will drink famous local brew, chang’aa only.
“New year’s resolution is to stop alcohol(OH bonds).However,I will drink Chang’aa only,” noted the MP in a Friday post.

However, this is not the first time Babu Owino is sharing his new year’s resolutions.
While ushering in the year 2018, the controversial politician decided to transform to a new being and dedicated himself to serving his constituents.
He acknowledged that some people have always viewed him as a dramatic man and adding that it is time he gives a positive perception of himself.
His 2018 resolution followed a perception from Kenyans that he was fond of causing drama.
He had just fought with Starehe MP Charles Kanyi Njagua alias Jaguar at parliament buildings.
However, part of his drama was witnessed in 2019.
During Kibra by-election campaigns, the youthful MP threw abusive words to ODM opponents.
He was heard throwing vulgar words at Deputy President Dr William Ruto who was campaigning for Jubilee candidate McDonald Mariga.
